For those of you who haven't heard yet, Becca had her ultrasound the other day and we are having a boy! I'm excited over the thought of not having to completely redo the nursery in pink! Grandpa (who has by the way guessed the sex of all 5 of us kids and 4 grand kids correctly) is excited over another grandson for him to train for future sports contracts. That is how he plans on spending his retirement.Now that we know its a boy we can start the name game. Much to the dismay of some, we do not plan on naming him Fisher, Gage, Coleman, or any outdoor name to go along with our first son's name Hunter. I don't want to be known as one of those parents that has some kind of weird theme to all their children's names. As Becca and I start narrowing them down we'll start posting them for feedback.

Congrats you guys! I love weighing in on names and since you are open for it let the games begin! I am excited to see your first rond of names.
Themes aren't so bad Brandon. Unfortunately for us we have picked two names that end with "n". Does that mean we need to stick with that or venture out... then the next kid will feel left out - or maybe they'll feel extra special. who knows!
Now I see why Chad doesnt want any more - avoid the problem with names!

Congrats! Boys are fun. I found your blog from Raina's. You have a cute family. We were actually thinking about Hunter for our little boy, but ended up naming him Will (William).
Hey Brandon and Becca. This is Becca (Boyles)Kern. Saw your blog from Emily's. Congrats on having 2 boys. That's what we have as well. And as far as the name goes...association is everything when you are trying to remember them when you are old and losing it. That's why my sons names are Justin and Case. It made me laugh and I think it's worth it!

Jeff and I wanted to congratulate you guys! We are so excited for you guys. Hunter will love having a little brother to play with. As far as finding another boy name I can understand why it can be difficult. I have no clue what we would name another boy. Keep in touch. I am excited that you guys have a blog!
